Questions about the plans

Does the price include VAT and equipment rental?

Yes. The monthly price you see already includes VAT and the equipment needed for the service. We don't charge separate rental for the modem or the antenna.

How much does the installation cost?

It depends on the distance and the technology (fiber or wireless) at your address. We give you the exact cost when we check coverage, before you commit to anything.

Is there a mandatory contract?

We offer a fixed-price guarantee for 12 months. If you need different terms, talk to your account executive and we will review it.

Is the upload speed the same?

Residential plans are asymmetric: the published speed is download. If you need symmetric upload (for example for cameras or servers), check the business plans or ask for a dedicated link.

How do I pay for my service?

From your online customer portal, by transfer, in cash with your account executive or by reporting your payment on WhatsApp. All payments are recorded in your account.

What happens if I move?

If your new address is within our coverage area we move your service. Write to us a few days ahead to schedule the change.
