Social media is where your company —or your agency, with its clients— writes once, checks how it looks on each network, schedules, measures what works and handles comments and reviews. With approval, calendar, analytics and everything connected to your leads and campaigns.
Each network has its rules. The composer knows them and warns you before scheduling, not after the post has already failed.
One text, media from the library and the brand's accounts.
The server validates each network before letting you schedule.
If you turn it on: whoever approves decides, and nobody approves their own.
The queue publishes on time, retries and warns you if something fails.
Figures per post, with daily history.
What is scheduled and what is already published, by day. What hasn't gone out yet is dragged to another day.
Figures are read from each network through its official API and saved day by day. What a network doesn't give shows as "—" with the reason, never an invented zero.
Comments, mentions and reviews from all your accounts, to reply without opening each network.
Tracking of other people's profiles only through each network's official API, and brands so an agency can serve several clients without mixing them.
An extra for those who also pay for ads. It comes switched off: it reads first, and spending is a separate decision.
It builds on what Fisher Platform already has, instead of copying it.
Accounts connect as Connect connections: OAuth, encrypted tokens and renewal. An account deleted there stays deactivated, with its history.
Each post shows in "All sends" and the lead-to-customer conversion is attributed to the post that originated it.
Whoever comments or asks becomes a lead with the origin "Social media", and their record says where they came from.
What is scheduled appears in everyone's agenda and can be dragged from there.
"Which post worked best?", "schedule this for Thursday". It reads figures and inbox, and creates, schedules, publishes and replies with a card: publishing and replying, in red. It doesn't approve or connect accounts.
REST API for n8n, Make or Zapier, and events for scheduled post, published, failed, comment received and figures threshold.
Approval can go through a Workflows flow, and approving or rejecting there is reflected in the post.
Notice of a failed post, of something pending approval, of an assigned comment or of an account that must be reconnected, through the channel each person chooses.
Posts, accounts and comments in Utilities → Export and, if you offer the platform to your customers, the number of accounts as a plan limit.
Better to know before you sign up than to find out afterwards.
On Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram channels. Each network has its own rules for length, images and video, and the composer checks them before scheduling.
Yes on most: Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Google and Pinterest ask for an app of your company and, to publish beyond test accounts, its review. Bluesky, Mastodon and Telegram connect with a token. You paste each app's identifier and key in Settings and the module shows you the step by step and the return address.
Only if you decide so. You can require approval for everything, with four eyes (nobody approves their own), or only for those who cannot approve, and even route it through a Workflows flow. There is also a general publishing switch, and when Bastino publishes or replies it does so with a confirmation card.
Yes. Accounts are grouped into brands with their own signature, color, time zone and queue, and each person only sees the brands that are theirs: in lists, figures, calendar, API and reports.
No. Social ads is a separate module, off by default, that at first only reads spend and results. Spending (promoting or switching on campaigns) requires a second switch, a mandatory monthly cap, its own permission and, from Bastino, a red confirmation card.
It is an installable Fisher Platform module: it is switched on or off separately and, when switched off, its screens disappear. Write to us and we will tell you what your plan includes.
We connect your accounts, set up your brands and look together at the composer, the calendar and the inbox.
The screenshots are from a demo environment with a fictitious brand, accounts, posts and comments; no data belongs to a real customer and nothing was published on any network. Each network requires its own app and review, and its conditions change over time.
