Questions about the CRM plans

What counts as a "user"?

The records you manage in the system. If your operation grows and you fall short, you change plans and keep the same data.

Are prices in dollars or pesos?

CRM plans are charged in US dollars (USD) per month. The residential internet plans are a different matter and those are in Mexican pesos: you can see them on internet plans.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan includes a 7-day demo version so you can see it with test data. We can also give you a guided demo: write to proyectos@fishernetworks.net.

Does it work with my Mikrotik equipment and my OLT?

Yes. The network module works with Mikrotik and with Huawei and VSOL OLTs. If you have another manufacturer, tell us the model and we will check the integration.

Can I request new modules or changes?

Yes, the development is ours. Custom changes are quoted separately according to scope.

Is my data backed up?

From the Small plan on there are scheduled backups. On Pro and Enterprise the subdomain includes SSL and the backup has longer retention.

Can I change or cancel the plan?

Yes, you can move up or down a plan whenever you want. When you change, your data and your configuration are kept.
