How we bring internet all the way to your home

We are an operator with a Single Concession: the network is ours, we don't resell anyone else's service. Depending on the area we connect you with fiber optic all the way to the home or with a last-mile wireless link.

Two ways to connect

Fiber optic or wireless

Not every street has fiber yet. When we check coverage we tell you which of the two reaches your address and why.

Recommended where there is a network

Fiber optic (FTTH)

Fiber all the way inside your home. It is the most stable option: rain, wind and trees don't affect it.

  • Plans from 7 to 100 Mbps
  • Low, stable latency for gaming and video calls
  • Immune to interference and weather
  • Router included, no separate rental
  • Ideal for 4K on several screens

Wide coverage

Wireless link

An antenna on your roof points at our nearest tower. It reaches where fiber doesn't yet, even in rural areas.

  • Plans from 7 to 50 Mbps
  • Fast installation, no construction or trenches
  • Good option for ranches and communities
  • Radio equipment included
  • Requires line of sight to the tower

What we do when we arrive at your home

We don't leave the cable hanging and walk away. The installation ends when the service is tested.

Link measurement

We look for the best spot in the house so the signal arrives clean and stable.

Equipment installation

We place the antenna or ONT and the router, with the wiring neat and secured.

Speed test

We measure in front of you and show you the real speed the link is delivering.

WiFi setup

We leave your network with the name and password you choose, and your devices connected.

Tips from the house

Don't let the WiFi eat your speed

Most "slow internet" reports are not about the link: they are about the WiFi inside the home. These four things solve almost everything.

  • Put the router in view and up high, not inside a cabinet or behind the TV
  • Keep it away from microwaves, cordless phones and large mirrors
  • Connect the console, the TV or the PC by cable whenever you can
  • If the house is large, ask for an extra access point instead of cheap repeaters

Our network

Why the service stays stable

We operate and monitor our own infrastructure, so when something fails we don't depend on a third party to fix it.

24/7 monitoring

We watch links and equipment all day. Many times we detect the fault before you notice and we call you ourselves.

Redundant routes

The network is designed with alternate paths so that the loss of one link doesn't leave the whole area without service.

Maintenance with notice

Outages for upgrades are scheduled and announced, at times that won't disrupt your work or your classes.

Traffic optimization

We prioritize sensitive traffic (video calls, games, streaming) so it isn't affected by a download.

IFT Single Concession

We are an authorized concessionaire and reseller, in good standing with the IFT and with the rights set by Profeco.

Personalized attention

You talk to people from here who know your installation, not a switchboard that transfers you five times.

For business

Need something more than home internet?

For businesses we offer links with different terms than a residential plan.

Dedicated internet

Guaranteed, symmetric bandwidth, not shared with other users. With a fixed IP if you need it.
